General cancellation conditions

If you need to cancel, please inform us in good time by telephone or e-mail.

We ask for your understanding that a cancellation free of charge is only possible up to 85 days before arrival!

If the cancellation is made between 84 and 8 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fees according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply:

-3 months to 1 month before your arrival 40% cancellation fee

– 1 month to one week before your arrival 70% cancellation fee

-90% cancellation fee in the last week before your arrival and in case of no show
