General cancellation conditions

In the event of cancellation, please inform us in good time by phone or email.

We ask for your understanding that a free cancellation is only possible up to 85 days before arrival!

If the cancellation is between 84 and 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fees according to the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply:


-3 months to 1 month before your arrival 40% cancellation fee

– 1 month to a week before your arrival 70% cancellation fee

-in the last week before your arrival as well as in the case of no-show 90% cancellation costs
