Dogs are welcome at Hotel Alpina. We charge €25 per day for your furry friend, not including food. To ensure your four-legged friend feels at home in the room, please bring a basket or blanket! We appreciate your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or on the sunbathing lawn. However, we would be happy to offer you a lovely spot in our cozy winter garden where you can enjoy your meals together with your four-legged friend.
Free parking is available directly at the Hotel Alpina Rauris. Reservations are not required – you can conveniently park your car on site. If you are arriving with an electric car, there is also an e-charging station on the hotel grounds.
You can move into your room on the day of arrival from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your hotel room for cleaning by 10:00 am. The evening before departure you can ask for a late check-out at the reception, if the room is not occupied on the same day, this is possible. We charge Euro 40,- per room (without meals). For an earlier check-in, a request is required at least one day before arrival. If you move into your room before 15:00 we charge Euro 40,- per room.
Yes, Hotel Alpina Rauris has a heated ski cellar. There you can store your ski and snowboard equipment safely and conveniently. Our ski boot dryers provide extra comfort, so you can start every day on the slopes with warm, dry shoes.
Yes, Hotel Alpina Rauris offers a modern fitness room. There you will find various equipment for endurance and strength training – ideal for staying active even on vacation. The fitness area is open daily and can be used free of charge by all our guests.
Hotel Alpina in Raurisertal has a general no-smoking policy in all indoor areas – that means: smoking is not allowed in the rooms, in the restaurant and in all public areas. But don’t worry: there is a designated outdoor smoking area for our smoking guests.
Our guests are welcome to charge their cars at our new e-charging station. We charge €25 per charge.
We have a large playroom in the basement for young and old. For the older guests we offer table tennis and a pool table. This is open 24 hours a day.
