Over 295 Kilometers of Hiking Trails in Raurisertal
More than 295 kilometers of marked hiking trails lead through the Raurisertal and its five side valleys. The unspoiled Seidlwinkltal, with its alpine pastures and the traditional Rauriser Tauernhaus, is particularly charming. In the Krumltal – also known as the “Valley of Vultures” – with a bit of luck, you can observe bearded vultures, griffon vultures, and golden eagles.
The Gaisbachtal, Forsterbachtal, and Hüttwinkltal also captivate with their unique landscapes. A special hiking destination is the valley head Kolm Saigurn, where waterfalls, pristine nature, and views of the three-thousand-meter peaks of the Goldberg Group create an impressive alpine backdrop.
