Our pampering half-board at Alpina:
The pampering half-board begins in the morning with a varied breakfast buffet.
Start with fresh pastries from the regional bakery, local sausage and cheese specialties, various types of muesli, yogurts and fresh fruits, hard and soft-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried bacon/leberkäse or sausages, homemade cakes, fruit platter/fruit salad and much more to start the day fit and fresh.
In the evening, regional and international 6-course menus and varied buffets await you:
- Evening 6-course choice menu (3 menus to choose from, including one vegetarian menu).
- Daily salad buffet with various options (raw and marinated salads) + cheese board with a selection of different cheese varieties
- Once a week appetizer buffet with antipasti, tomato mozzarella, fish and meat and much more
- Once a week dessert buffet with homemade sweet delicacies
- Once a week gala dinner with welcome prosecco
Especially for our little guests, we offer a children’s buffet during the main holiday periods, otherwise there is a great children’s menu.
Additionally, in winter you can expect a daily afternoon snack with sweet or savory treats.

Im Hotel Alpina beginnt Ihr Tag mit einem genussvollen Frühstück, das wir Ihnen täglich von 8:00 bis 10:00 Uhr servieren. Wir bitten Sie, bereits beim Frühstück Ihr gewünschtes Abendmenü auszuwählen und auf der Menükarte am Tisch anzukreuzen – so können wir Ihre Wünsche bestmöglich berücksichtigen.
For dinner, we are happy to welcome you to our restaurant between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Look forward to a multi-course menu with regional and seasonal specialties. In the winter season, we also offer a hearty or sweet afternoon snack from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM – ideal for refueling after an active day in the snow.
If you suffer from allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions, please let us know in good time. We will gladly adapt the dishes to your needs so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
