Apprenticeship as a hotel and catering assistant

- Basic knowledge of English

- Sense of cleanliness and hygiene
Your tasks:
- Welcoming guests, check-in and check-out Fulfilling guest requests and complaint management
- Acceptance and administration of room reservations, processing of bookings, correspondence with guests by telephone or e-mail
- Operating the hotel reception, processing payments, issuing invoices
- Cooperation with the housekeeping staff, reporting of defects or repair needs, provision of additional towels or bed linen.
- Assistance with service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, setting tables
If our apprentices pass their vocational school exams, we pay for their driving license so they can take another step towards independence!
Duration of training: 3 years
starting IMMEDIATELY or by arrangement
