Your responsibilities:
- Greeting, seating, and attending to guests during their stay in the restaurant
- Setting tables, preparing napkins and cutlery
- Serving guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks
- Recommending and serving beverages, including wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Friendly and professional communication with guests, answering questions, and fulfilling special requests
- Collaboration with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handling guest complaints, being solution-oriented, and ensuring satisfaction
