Apprenticeship as a chef

We are happy to take time for you to give you a great apprenticeship. If you do very well at vocational school, you will receive great bonuses, as well as if you successfully complete your apprenticeship!

Our requirements:

  • Sense of cleanliness and hygiene

Your tasks:

  • Cutting, peeling, washing and portioning vegetables, meat, fish, etc.
  • Providing and preparing all the necessary ingredients and utensils for the work process.
  • Assisting in the preparation of dishes according to the chef’s instructions
  • Cleaning work surfaces, appliances, crockery and kitchen utensils in accordance with hygiene regulations
  • Putting away food, checking stock levels and complying with hygiene and safety standards
  • Active listening, learning new techniques and recipes, following instructions and feedback from experienced chefs
  • Prioritization of tasks, efficient use of working time and adherence to schedules during the workflow

If our apprentices pass their vocational school exams, we pay for their driving license so they can take another step towards independence!

Duration of training: 3 years
starting IMMEDIATELY or by arrangement
