Cancellation
Changing and cancelling a booking. You can, of course, change or cancel bookings. However, please note our cancellation policy.
What cancellation conditions apply at Hotel Alpina?
We adhere to the cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGB) in the 2006 version.
- Up to 3 months before the day of arrival – no cancellation fees
- 3 months to 1 month before the day of arrival – 40% cancellation fee
- 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival – 70% cancellation fee
- In the last week and no-show – 90% cancellation fee
Our tip: In times of Corona, we particularly recommend taking out
travel cancellation insurance with our partner, Europäische Versicherung.
General Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are calculated according to the AGBH. According to § 5 para., these are: 5.5 – 5.6

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full travel price is due, minus the costs for meals not consumed.

Payment by EC card, Maestro, debit card, or cash
Payment by credit card is possible!
What else you should know:
- Prices are per person and night including taxes, but excluding a local tax of €2.00, unless otherwise described in the offer.
- For bookings with breakfast only, we will provide an offer upon request!
- For dogs, we charge €25 per day without food. Please bring a basket or a blanket for your four-legged friend! We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining hall.
- Rooms are available to you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM for cleaning.
- If arriving after 6:00 PM, please contact us by telephone.
- We also accept credit cards (VISA and Mastercard). Payment of the bill is also possible in cash or by EC card.
- Bathrobes are provided free of charge.
- All rooms feature free Wi-Fi and new flat-screen TVs.
