Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellations, please inform us in good time by phone or email.
We kindly ask for your understanding that free cancellation is only possible up to 3 months before arrival!
- From 3 months to 1 month before your arrival: 40% cancellation fee
- From 1 month to 1 week before your arrival: 70% cancellation fee
- In the last week before your arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show: 90% cancellation fee
Cancellations for New Year’s Eve
Especially on New Year’s Eve, demand for places with us is particularly high. To ensure we can offer all guests a wonderful celebration, we kindly ask for your understanding that a cancellation will incur a processing fee of €100.00. A deposit for New Year’s Eve bookings is due up to 6 months in advance; should a cancellation occur, the cancellation policy will apply as usual up to 3 months in advance.
The processing fee of €100 will be retained from the deposit and also applies even before the cancellation deadline.
Background: Unfortunately, it happens time and again that places are reserved “just in case” and then cancelled later.
We therefore want to be fair and transparent:
- Every cancellation is subject to processing fees.
- This not only safeguards our planning, but also gives other guests the chance to secure a place with us in good time.

Partner vouchers
Do you have a voucher from a voucher partnership? Please note the following:
- Each voucher has its own voucher number. Please provide this already when making your enquiry for the desired travel period. As only a limited voucher quota is available, vouchers are only valid if they are referenced already at the time of enquiry.
- A reservation with a partner voucher is only valid if the voucher is presented at reception on the day of arrival.
- Rebooking is not possible for bookings made with a partner voucher.
- In the event of cancellation of a booking made with a partner voucher, there are no cancellation fees. However, the voucher automatically becomes invalid.
