- German spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of English
- Being physically fit
- Sense of cleanliness and hygiene
Your tasks:
- Welcoming, seating and looking after guests during their stay in the restaurant
- Setting the tables, preparing napkins and cutlery
- Serving guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks
- Recommendation and serving of drinks, including wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
- Friendly and professional communication with guests, answering questions and fulfilling special requests
- Working with kitchen staff and other service staff to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
- Dealing with complaints from guests, finding solutions and ensuring satisfaction
