The prices listed are per night for two people sharing a room, and include a deluxe half-board plan and a National Park Summer/Winter Card (valid on the day of arrival and departure), as well as free access to all Alpina extras.
Excluding accommodation tax of Euro 3.00 per person and night for guests aged 15 and over / from May 2027 Euro 3.60 per person and night.
It pays to book early—and staying longer is even better.
The longer you stay and the earlier you book, the lower the daily rate will be.

Children’s Discount & Vacations with Dogs
Children up to 3.99 years of age stay for free at our hotel.
Reduction for children with 2 full-paying adults in a 3rd and 4th bed:
- 0 to 3.99 years = €0
- Ages 4 to 9.99 = 15% of the room rate
- Ages 10 to 14.99 = 25% of the room rate
- Ages 15 to 17.99 = 35% of the room rate
For occupancy with 2 children, 1 child up to and including 3.99 years is free.
You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend along. We charge €25 per day per dog for cleaning.
To help your dogs feel at home in their room, please bring a blanket or a bed.

Yes, Hotel Alpina in Raurisertal also offers allergy-friendly rooms. These rooms are equipped with bedding suitable for allergy sufferers and are cleaned with particular care – ideal for guests with house dust allergies or sensitive airways. Dogs are also not allowed in these rooms.

Your baby stays free of charge in our hotel. We would be happy to provide you with a free crib, high chair, kettle and diaper pail!
The accommodation tax in the Rauriser Valley is 3.00 euros per person per night for those aged 15 and above.
From May 1, 2027, the accommodation tax is €3.60 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over.
We then deduct 15.00 EUROS per adult,
for children aged 4 to 9.99 years 4.50 EURO
and for children aged 10 to 14.99 years 7.50 EURO off the half-board price.
We adhere to the cancellation policy set forth in the 2006 version of the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
Up to 3 months before arrival day – no cancellation fees
3 months to 1 month before the arrival date – 40% cancellation fee
1 month to 1 week before the arrival date – 70% cancellation fee
If canceled within the last week or in case of a no-show – 90% cancellation fee

When you book directly with us, we can offer you the best available rates, with no additional fees from third parties. You also have a greater choice of rooms and categories if you book early.
The price per night goes down if you stay longer. We can offer you more attractive conditions for longer stays, as the total price is spread over several nights. This means you benefit from a better average price per night.
