What are the cancellation conditions at the Hotel Alpina?
We adhere to the cancellation conditions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry in the 2006 version.
- up to 3 months before the day of arrival – no cancellation fees
- 3 months to 1 month before the day of arrival – 40% cancellation fee
- 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival – 70% cancellation fee
- In the last week and no show – 90% cancellation fee

Travel cancellation insurance with our partner the European insurance complete.

General cancellation
The cancellation fees are calculated according to the AGBH. These are in Section 5 Para. 5.5 – 5.6

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire travel price will be due minus the costs for meals not consumed.

Payment by EC card, Maestro, ATM or cash
Payment by credit card is possible!
What else you should know:
- The prices are per person and night including taxes, but excluding local tax of EUR 2.00. Unless otherwise described in the offer.
- If you book with breakfast only, we will make you an offer on request!
- For dogs we charge € 25,- per day without food. Please bring a basket or a blanket for your four-legged friend! We ask for your understanding that the dog cannot be taken into the dining room.
- The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room for cleaning by 10:30 am.
- If you arrive after 6 p.m. we ask you to give us a call.
- We also accept credit cards (VISA and Mastercard). Payment of the invoice in cash or with an EC card
- Bathrobes are provided free of charge
- All rooms have free WiFi and a new flat screen TV
- 10% discount for all hotel guests in our partner company Ski School Adventure
